Sometimes I wonder how the content for this blog still exists…  I started this blog more than 3 years ago using Drupal, and since then I’ve converted the SQL to be used with wordpress, and had numerous problems that could have caused me to lose everything.  Somehow I still have it, and I’m happy that I do.

I have to say that this version of wordpress is so much better than the version I was using before (which was 2.1)

I just opened up registration to everyone that wants to join the site. There will be some member specific content / features coming soon, so register now and be notified when new features are available.

Gmail is down! What am I to do. I’m lost.

Other than that…

It’s really early, and I’m up, thanks to the fact that I went to bed, well, really early. I have a speech due on Thursday at 5:45 PM that I have to get done. My goal is to knock most of that out today.

I’ve been using this free open source email server that is really nice called Hula-Project. Novell Helped out the Hula-project by releasing a ton of it’s source code for the projects use. While the project isn’t in a full release state yet, the beginnings of it (which I have been running with no problem for months) have been working fine.

Okay, so I decided that doing a “command of the day” every Monday is a little bit boring. I’ll find some commands every once in a while that I find interesting.

About the Podcast:
Everything is set to start recording except one thing. We don’t have a time that we can get together. So, we are still interested in doing it, it’s just a little hard right now.

The guys at The Original Talk Like A Pirate Day Site have created thier own holiday. Talk like a pirate on Monday, September 19. This’ll be my first year taking part in it, and I’m sure I’ll have fun. Who knows… you might too.
